Our History

launched in June 2020, Unicorn and Teacups emerged from a passion to share the charm of our picturesque property with others, focusing especially on creating enchanting birthday party experiences for children. Our journey began with the vision of hosting uniquely beautiful kids' parties, where our delightful white pony, a real-life unicorn, became the star of the show. The magic intensified as we incorporated beautiful vintage crockery and linen, transforming our gatherings into whimsical tea parties for the little ones.

Unicorn Tea Party 2 hour duration

Designed for 5-10 Year Old's.

The Unicorn Tea Party is a unique and stress-free party experience that takes place in the undercover entertainment area of Ingrid's beautiful property. With a complete package that includes charming decorations, delightful food and drinks, entertaining games and activities, and

opportunities to interact with unicorns, horses, cattle, and chickens, this party promises to be a stylish and intimate event.

Horse & High Tea Party 2 hour duration

Designed for 8–15 -Year-olds.

The Horse & High Tea Party is designed for the birthday girl that has outgrown Unicorns . This a stress-free celebration. set up in the undercover entertainment area of Ingrid's beautiful property. It offers a complete package that combines the magic of horses and Ponies with fun farm activities and a delightful high tea experience. With glowing reviews from previous guests, Ingrid is dedicated to creating a memorable and stylish party event for your child and their friends.

The Minimum age of the Birthday child should be turning 5 .

What is Unicorn and Teacups venue capacity?

Our venue can accommodate 14 children and 20 adults

What happens if it rains ?

We still go ahead with the party , we have an undercover area to keep the children dry and we can play with the unicorn and the horses in the stables .

However I will cancel the party If I feel the rain will be too much to continue with the Event .

Does Unicorn and Teacups provide the catering ?

Yes all the party packages are designed to be stress free for the client. All the catering is included .

Do you provide a birthday cake ?

We do supply Mini cupcakes and a candle for the birthday Song , We don't supply a Birthday Cake .

Can I bring my own birthday cake ?

If your party booking is two hours yes you can bring a cake .
If your booking is 1.5 hours you can supply BYO Cupcakes
BYO cakes require you to supply plates and any items that are needed for the cake .

What about Lolly bags ?

Yes we supply take home treat bags with Lollys .

Can the children sit on the Unicorn ?

we don't ride or sit on our unicorn or horses.

A couple of the children have food allergies ?

With any dietary Needs We suggest that the adult bringing the child supplies a plate of safe food for the child to eat .
We don't change the catering .
You are Welcome to supply and extra food items needed .

Is the party area wheelchair accessible ?

Yes we can accommodate a wheel chair , however we have stairs to access the bathroom .

Can the adults stay at the party with their child ?

Most definitely , Adults enjoy this party as much as the children .
Drop and go is also permitted providing the Client is happy with the arrangement

Do you supply the invitations ?

We supply a digital template that can be edited then printed or shared .
you can also supply your own if you'd prefer .

My child has out grown the Unicorn theme

We are so lucky here on the farm to have Horses as well . The styling and props will be free of unicorns and will be age appropriate .

My child wants a princess/Frozen/Barbie etc. theme

Unicorns are so fashionable they will suit any Theme ,
You can ask the guests to dress accordingly to the desired theme
If you want to supply some decorations that are related to the theme you're welcome

My Child wants a PINATA

Piñata and Pass the parcel.

I don't encourage these activities at all.

these parties are already jammed with fun , exciting and different activities.

We don't have the time to have external activities we have much more exciting things to do .
