Invitation:

Upon booking, you will receive a digital template invitation, which you can easily print and send to your guests, setting the enchanting tone for this special upcoming celebration.

What to Expect:

As you drive through the gates along the magical tree lined driveway and arrive at the party destination, the birthday girl/boy will be greeted by a stunning party setup tailored specifically for their special day. The attention to detail will leave them awe-inspired and

excited for the festivities to come.

Tea Party Picnic:

The centrepiece of the Unicorn Tea Party is a delightful tea party picnic set up on a low table for easy access. Picture beautiful China teacups and teapots adorning the table, creating an elegant atmosphere. In case you prefer a more child-friendly option, pretty plastic teacups are available too. A fabric tablecloth complements the colour scheme of pink, mauve, and white flowers.

Tiered cake stands, China sandwich plates, and other charming elements complete the whimsical tea party scene.

The menu for the Tea Party includes a selection of delicious treats. The China teapots will hold water and cordial, while a variety of sandwiches, including Vegemite and strawberry jam, will satisfy the hungry partygoers. Biscuits, cookies, wafers, muffins, cupcakes and fairy bread add to the delightful spread.

Mini Cupcakes:

To celebrate the birthday girl/boy, mini cupcakes will be provided with a single candle for the special birthday song. In addition to our standard cupcakes ,

Take-Home Lolly Bag:

Each guest will receive a take-home lolly bag as a token of appreciation from the Birthday girl and a sweet reminder of the magical Unicorn Tea Party.

Unicorn Activities:

Participate in special unicorn activities such as brushing the unicorn's mane, decorating her mane with pretty clips, feeding the unicorn, and even kisses & cuddles .

Additionally, guests can enjoy hand feeding other horses on the property, creating cherished memories with these gentle animals with plenty of photo opportunities.

Cattle and Chickens:

Experience a unique adventure as the party guests are guided to the cattle yards, where they can hand feed the friendly cows. Along the way, a stop at the chicken yard allows for a fun opportunity to feed the chickens as well.

Available Games:

The party package includes various entertaining games and activities. The games may include ring toss, tug o war, maypole dancing, and swings.

About The Unicorn Tea Party package

Cost: $600

The all-inclusive Unicorn Tea Party package accommodates up to 10 children, including the birthday girl/boy, at a cost of $600. If you wish to invite more guests, an extension can be made to include up to 14 children at an additional cost of $25 per extra child.

Duration of the Party:

The party will last for 2 hours, ensuring that the activities, games, and celebrations are completed .

Party Options:

If you would like to invite more little Guests Up to 14 an additional $25 per child .
Maybe the birthday Girl and friends are old enough to sit in chairs ( ideally over 7 years old) Chairs can be added along with a full height sized table. $50

Dietary Requirements:

Please note that the party package does not cater to specific dietary needs or favourite food items However, you or the guest are welcome to bring any additional food items to

accommodate guests with allergies.

Wet Weather: In the case of wet weather, the party can still proceed unless there is flooding or

extreme wet conditions. Depending on the severity of the rain, some outdoor activities may still be possible. Indoor games can be played, and the unicorn can be brought under cover for grooming and cuddling.

Siblings: To maintain the party's intimate atmosphere and ensure a stress-free experience that is safe and Fair for all, Ingrid asks that only children who have been invited and paid for are permitted to participate at the party. This includes siblings, little cousins, little friends, brothers, and neighbours. The only exception is a baby (not walking). If an extra child is participating at the party, A charge of $25 extra will be incurred to cover that child.
